Launched in February 2009, Shanghai Young Bakers is a charitable program. It introduces French bakery to young people in difficult situations. The program opens a door for them by offering them a job but also introduce them a new culture. Marine Vitré, the project director of SYB, is the guest of Cultures Croisés on LCF.
