Join SYB November public class and learn how to bake Croissant & Pain au chocolat!
In order to fundraise for the program, Shanghai Young Bakers offers half-day public baking classes, taught by SYB teachers.
On November 29th, you will have the opportunity to learn everything about the secrets of the most famous icons of French bakery: croissant & pain au chocolat!
During 6 hours, you will learn how to prepare croissant & pain au chocolat.
This pastry class will be:
-Fun: Join other food lovers and learn how to bake from scratch!
-Professional: Classes are taught in our baking center by SYB teachers. They will share professional tips with you and make sure that you can replicate the recipe at home!
-Meaningful: This class is a great opportunity to get to know more about SYB and to directly see the outcome of your donation. All proceeds will go to our charity training and help us empower more underprivileged youth through French bakery!
Bakery Class
When: Saturday November 29th, from 9am to 3pm
What: croissant & pain au chocolat
Where: Suide Road, Putuo district
Donation: 500RMB/person for the class + 100RMB for the homemade lunch option (delicious quiches, salad, desert, fruits and beverages). If we have more than 10 participants for the class, every participant gets lunch for free!

报名参加海上青焙坊对外烘焙课程来学习制作羊角&巧克力包吧!
为了资助我们的公益项目,海上青焙坊提供时长为半天的对外烘焙课程,并由我们的老师教授。
在11月15日和11月29日,你将会有机会学习久负盛名的法国殿堂级甜点和面包:马卡龙&焦糖布丁,羊角&巧克力包!在五个小时的学习过程中,你将会学到如何用面粉和糖来制作美味的羊角和巧克力包!
这堂对外烘焙课程将会:
-充满乐趣: 您可以与更多的美食爱好者一起学习法式烘焙
-专业: 负责授课的将是青焙坊教师,他们都毕业于法国EFBPA烘焙学院。他们也会与您分享各种专业技巧,并保证您可以在家中复制所学到的配方!
-意义: 课程是一个很好的机会让大家更深一步了解我们慈善项目。所有盈利也都会注入我们项目的运营资金,帮助更多贫困青少年,通过学习法式烘焙自食其力 。
面包课程
时间:11月29日,周六,上午9点至下午3点
内容:羊角和巧克力包
地点:普陀区绥德路
捐款: 每人500元, 午餐费另外100元。如果当日参加人数超过10人,每一位参与者都可以免费享用我们老师们准备的午餐(法式培根馅饼Quiches, 沙拉,餐后甜点,水果和果汁、茶或咖啡)
