Shanghai Young Bakers (SYB) provides a fully-sponsored French & Asian bakery training to disadvantaged Chinese youth. Due to the growing demand of bread on the Chinese market, SYB graduates easily find a stable, qualified job after graduation and pull themselves out of the poverty cycle.

海上青培坊（SYB）是为中国弱势年轻人提供全额资助以及中式或法式烘焙培训的慈善公益机构。由于中国烘培市场的不断扩大，SYB毕业生们能够很快找到稳定，有保障的工作让他们学为所用，回馈社会。
