Happiness exists when shared: an afternoon at Pizza Marzano
Have you ever been looking for happiness? Do you believe in the power of comfort food? If your answer to both questions is positive, then we suggest you should drop everything and promptly head to Pizza Marzano. They say they offer happiness in their pizzas.
On Monday 9th September 2013, our students attended a pizza class at Pizza Marzano on Yongjia Road. Shelly, Joey, Tony, Jack, Richie and the staff warmly welcomed us in their restaurant. Chef Jack explained to our students how to bake pizza dough and Chef Richie showed them how to toss it. Our Young Bakers watched the whole demonstration with strong interest, their eyes filled with curiosity and excitement. Afterwards, each one of them had the chance to bake their own pizza and to add toppings on it.
At the end of the class, we all gathered to enjoy the unique taste of the students’ pizzas. They were truly happy to share with everyone the first pizza they had ever baked: the teachers, the Pizza Marzano team and the SYB team. During one afternoon, they swapped their baker’s hat for the pizzaiolo’s one.

9月9日，星期一，我们的学生在永嘉路的比萨马上诺参加了一次匹萨课。Shelly, Joey, Tony, Jack, Richie和餐厅中的员工热情地欢迎了我们。厨师Jack向我们的学生们展示了如何烘烤匹萨面饼，厨师Richie则告诉他们如何翻转面饼。我们的烘焙师们怀着强烈的兴趣观看了整个过程，他们的眼中充满了好奇和兴奋。之后，每个学生都得以烤制自己的匹萨，并根据自己的喜好加上了配菜。
课程的最后，我们聚集在一起品尝了学生们的匹萨作品。他们与老师们、匹萨马上诺和海上青焙坊的员工们开心地分享了他们做的第一个匹萨。一个下午的时间，他们把烘焙师的帽子换成了匹萨师的帽子。
