Shanghai Young bakers provides the authentic French bakery and pastry prepared by their partner Village 127.  Both of them are under the umbrella of Chi Heng Foundation. SYB is a charity program while Village 127 is a social enterprise built to support financially the programs.  At present, several graduates from SYB work as bakers in Village 127.  We participate in the market event to promote our program, making more people know about our teambuilding activity, public classes and professional consulting service, or join our volunteer team. The final target is to help more young people and their families go out of poverty by learning the skill of French bakery and pastry.
