Every father has been the first superman in his child’s heart. He was tall and strong while knew everything, providing you an inexplicable sense of security whenever he was around. But every time you did something wrong, you could not bring yourself to look into his eyes. When you were with your father, the days seemed to be settled and quiet.
The date of Father’s Day varies from place to place due to differences in local customs, but the most widely celebrated date is on the third Sunday of June each year. With Father’s Day falling on June 21 this year, it’s time to think about planning a family get-together for your father to thank him for his unsung contributions to the family. Perhaps the following two products will provide you with some inspiration.
Originated in the United States, brownies have a plain appearance and a rich texture. The moment it enters the mouth, the warm chocolate with the crispy walnuts shows its rich layers. The slight bitterness from the chocolate and walnuts just balance the sweetness of the cake. In addition, we’ve selected chocolate with a higher cocoa content as our ingredient, successfully reducing the extra sweetness of the brownie while increasing the mellowness of chocolate.
When it comes to the history of Macaron, it’s believed that it originated in Italy. During the Renaissance in the 16th century, with the marriage of Italian noblewoman Catherine de Medici’s and the French King Henry II, this kind of macaron cookies were brought to France. In France, macaron achieved further development. At the beginning of the 20th century, Paris Pâtissier Pierre Hermé innovatively created the macaron as we know today. Just like making a sandwich, he made use of two traditional macaron cookies and jams to create the most common shape of macarons in contemporary times. As macarons gained their global popularity, Pâtissiers around the world have been refining the macaron’s filling, exploring new taste.
For June, SYB will bring you sugar-reduced brownie and macaron gift box in new flavors. The gift box contains a total of 12 macarons in 5 different flavors. The five colors of red, yellow, green, white, and brown represent the five flavors of raspberry, passion fruit, pistachio, vanilla, and chocolate. The modified macarons are sour, sweet, crunchy, and soft. Their rich flavors have the sourness of the puree, the sweetness of the powdered sugar, the crispiness of the crust, the softness of the filling, and the coldness of the chilled texture that make the macarons exquisite.
As usual, proceeds from the selling of these products will help fund the charity program of SYB, so that we can train disadvantaged young Chinese to become professional bakers and to have a better future.
