Next Saturday, on 17th June, we will be having a class dedicated to baking Soft European Bread! There will be two delectable and creative recipes – Red Date Yakult and Mint Cheese.

Shanghai Young Bakers’ professional bakery trainer – Zhang Shuai, will be revealing the secrets as to why Soft European bread is “soft” and inspiring everyone with this new delicious trend that is popular in many Asian countries. This is also the last bread class before the summer break! Bread lovers; this is a class not to be missed!

Soft European bread is low in sugar and oil, thus retaining the healthy aspect of typical European Breads. However, its recipe has been adapted to suit the unique tastes and preferences of Asian consumers. With the use of natural yeast, grains and dried fruits, the bread becomes soft, moist and exceptionally fragrant. Following the development of the baking industry, there have been improvements in the appearance and texture of the bread, as well as many surprises in terms of its taste where bakers continue to find new ways to satisfy the taste buds of consumers, thus contributing the rise of this new trend of Soft European bread.

【Red Date Yakult】

This is a healthy and innovative Soft European bread recipe that combines the rich flavor of red dates with sweet and sour Yakult that great for digestion. What will be the result when you put two ingredients that are completely different together?
