Professional Pastry training

This program is taught by Xiao Jinjin,our talented and experienced pastry Chef Xiao Jinjin, who graduated from the French prestigious bakery&pastry institution EFBPA (Ecole Francaise de Boulangerie et Pâtisserie d’Aurillac).

During 4 intensive days of training, you will learn to make a selection of typical French cakes, desserts and pastries. The recipes are carefully chosen to learn essential skills in French pastry, each recipe enabling you to master different basic technique.

-Objectives:

Developing a systematic and comprehensive knowledge of French pastry

Practicing diverse techniques through various chosen pastry recipes

Acquiring practical and hands-on experience using professional equipment

Focusing on respect of recipe, professionalism and strict hygiene standards
