Every once in a while, SYB participates in some markets in Shanghai. In addition to proposing bakery products through online ordering, SYB will also sell delicious bread and pastries made by the students in class at some very popular markets . During this time, our students or graduates will also be there to give a hand, and share their own feelings about our project to those who want to know more.

At last week’s market, in addition to the students’ bread, we also prepared Easter chocolate egg gift boxes, which were made with high-quality Valrhona chocolate, for our supporters to enjoy together with their families and friends.

Our volunteers and students came to set up the market booth early in the  morning, waiting for everyone to come.

Market-goers could taste some delicious bread, have some chitchat, and go home with an Easter egg to celebrate the holiday.

We are sincerely thankful to our volunteers, students and graduates who helped on that day, as well as those who support our program by buying our products. All the revenue collected from the market salesis used for SYB students’ bakery training.In the upcoming months, you also can find us at the following Saturday markets:
