海上青焙坊学生参加巧思磨咖啡工作坊 (Please scroll down to see the English version) 1月19日,海上青焙坊的学生们非常开心地迎来了期待已久的、由巧思磨组织的咖啡工作坊。学员们充满了期待和好奇,因为很多学员会在今天体验和完成自己的第一次。 第一次学习认识咖啡豆,第一次参与制作咖啡,第一次了解咖啡烘焙和咖啡生长种植的过程;第一次学习专业的现场咖啡测杯,还有,最值得一提的是:第一次在现场喝到,五六种来自不同国家和产地的纯正咖啡。 当然提到这么多第一次,我们要感谢巧思咖啡创始人戴维德先生,于振海先生和他们的同事周萍小姐,是他们带给学员们这么多的第一次感受和知识。大家一起在三位特邀老师的带领下,学员们从咖啡的发源地,生长,种植一直学习到不同的咖啡制作工艺,很多的陌生名字又第一次被提起:危地马拉,埃塞尔比亚,印度尼西亚,牙买加等,来自这些国家的咖啡豆,都带着不同的味道。 三位老师带领着大家第一次品尝了不同咖啡在它每一阶段特有的味道,学员们从闻咖啡的干香气、湿香气到喝每种咖啡时的味道,再到后味到酸味,仿佛是在品尝一次咖啡盛宴! 再次感谢巧思磨咖啡的戴维德先生,于振海先生和周萍小姐对海上青焙坊的大力支持!在春节来临之际,在这里感谢所有支持和关心,关注海上青焙坊的企业和人们:春节快乐,万事如意! 张政海,海上青焙坊烘焙老师 The Young Bakers attend Jonas Emil coffee seminar On January 19th, Shanghai Young Bakers was very happy to welcome the long-awaited coffee training by Jonas Emil Coffee Roasters. 溜冰场上的温情 (Please scroll down for the English version) “你要先把你的溜冰鞋系紧……” “我来扶着你帮你练习吧……” “你别怕摔,我们也是摔出来……” 看着在溜冰场上小青们的行为,听着他们之间的对话,我倍感欣慰,刚到上海的那些羞涩和胆怯的小青们,现在变得大胆,坚强,乐观,相互帮助,更是有着很强的团结意识。当别的同学有困难时其余的人都会暖心的送去他们的帮助和他们的关心。 “老师,我们的老大啥时候来呢?”一位在休息的小青问我,小青口中的老大就是我们的智行基金会的创始人——杜聪,小青们喜欢喊杜总为老大,当我问为什么时他们异口同声的说因为亲切,我恍然大悟,杜总在小青们心中一直就是亲人,正是因为有杜总的帮助小青们才能毫无顾虑的在上海学习工作和生活。也正是因为SYB的存在,小青们的青春才有了更多的色彩。 溜冰鞋划过冰面时会有一道道的星光,像天空中的星星,那么的耀眼。所有的小青们就如同不同的星星,他们拥有着不同的闪光点,在SYB尽情的闪耀,尽情的展现属于他们的光芒。 中午我们和杜总一起共进午餐时,围在杜总周围的都是小青们,吃饭的途中小青们都在跟杜总讲述着自己认为有趣的话题,就像小青们在跟自己的家人讲述他们在SYB,在上海的各种成长与进步。 可是相聚的时光总是短暂的,很快我们要和杜总分别了,小青们跑过来拥抱杜总,我想一个拥抱就传达了小青们的所有感情。 溜冰场虽然有点冷,但是却处处都充满了温情。 郑晓英,生活老师 The warmth of the ice-skating rink “You should lace up your skating shoes first.” ”Let me hold you to help you exercise.” ”Don’t be afraid of falling down.It’s by falling that we

海上青焙坊学生参加手工制作活动 2013年12月8日,复旦大学助学成长家园活动部的同学和海上青焙坊的同学一起举办了一场以“环保”为主题的手工制作活动。整个活动在有冬日温暖阳光陪伴的午后于复旦大学拉开了序幕。 活动的第一项是“环保小知识”的讲座,SYB成员在整个过程中认真的听着主持人的讲解和介绍,也认真的观看了相关的视频。 接下来是时长两个小时的手工制作环节,学生们分为四组,制作的内容分别是:蛋壳也有大用处(碎蛋壳作画),秋叶飘飘泛书香(树叶书签和拼贴画),水瓶纸杯总动员(笔筒等各种工艺品),废铁钢丝齐上阵(花朵,戒指等等)。把本组手工制作所需要的材料物资拿到手后,令人期待的手工制作便已开始。小组内多数组员与组长合作愉快,大家制作了精美的成品。最终,第三小组勇夺桂冠,他们制作了精美的花朵。每个SYB的成员们都获得了包括卡套在内的小礼物。 整个活动最终在家园活动部成员的努力与海上青焙坊成员的配合下得以划上了一个圆满的句号,活动部的成员和SYB成员收获了友谊也收获了知识。 ——复旦大学学生 SYB students attend Fudan DIY activity On December 8th, students from Fudan University and the Young Bakers attended a handcrafting activity with the theme of “environmental protection”.
