Career advice from senior HR Mrs. Kay

On April 1st afternoon, Mrs. Kay with the support of 34learning delivered a speech about career planning with the Young Bakers and provided some practical advice from professional perspective.

Mrs. Kay gave us a warm reception at 34learning training center located at Huang Pu District. 34learning is an mobile web company focusing on adult professional training and optimizing training effect through practice. It provides long-term professional advice for the Young Bakers to deal with real problems they may face in their career development.

Already half of their one-year training has passed and the Young Bakers are preparing for their career after graduation. How to find the perfect job in the future? How to stand out from other candidates?  With these questions in mind, the students took some advice by senior HR Mrs. Kay. Mrs. Kay started from presenting future career options and listed some career paths they may choose, e.g. entering into small private enterprises; choosing large hotel companies, foreign enterprises, or starting their own businesses. She then noticed, despite pros and cons of these choices, students must be interested in the baking industry they choose, have a clear mind about their future paths and be ready to bear some hardships in the process. She also combined her experience with the situation students face during internships and told them that they should have courage to express their true feelings and learn to be more diligent and thoughtful so that they can learn to take charge as chief one day. As last, Mrs. Kay gave some suggestions on complimenting each other. Students practiced complimenting and found benefits from trying to “look for other’s merits”.

Hereon, we are sincerely thankful for Mrs. Kay’s humorous and interesting speech and 34learning’s support to our charity program. This warm guidance eliminates the questions among our Young Bakers about their work and study. They will digest and apply these methods into their future study and to ensure successful career paths.
