Shanghai Young Bakers organizes baking classes, in which groups learn how to bake authentic French bread and pastry in a professional kitchen using highest quality ingredients. In pairs or groups, all participants take delight in this hands-on, interactive, fun baking experience, and go home with their hands full of self-baked fresh breads or pastries!

All proceeds from the baking classes go to our charity program, which aims to equip underprivileged young people with durable skills, lifting them out of poverty to become independent and confident adults.
