Time flies! Another school year has come to an end. Our 10th batch of 32 bright young students have graduated and will begin new lives as bakers and pastry chefs. (Click here to learn more about our graduation cremony of the 10th batch students.) Next semester is just around the corner. To prepare for the arrival of the 11th batch of new students as well as renovating our baking center, Shanghai Young Bakers will temporarily close for summer break.
From July 8th through Sept. 1st we will not be accepting catering orders, holding classes, participating in markets, delivering Bakers Baskets. We sincerely apologize if any inconvenience causes and thank you for your support and understanding.
Besides, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for your support through all of those activities. It is with your help that SYB’s Social Enterprise is able to raise funds to provide free French bakery and pastry training for our students!
