An enriched pastry class

On May 19, we welcomed the last public pastry class taught by our teacher Jin Huizi in the first half of the year. The content of the class was Italian macarons and lemon tarts. With the combination of these two pastries, the class became popular and attractive.
       
Participants were paired into two. They felt the joy of baking in the process of hands-on production with partners and they both got unforgettable memories.
             
           
      
The main process of the lemon tart is the production of the sweet dough – making tart shell – making the lemon sauce – and finally, decoration. The process of making macarons is divided into macarons production and filling production.
          
        
The content for the entire five-hour course was abundant. Participants made both lemon tarts and macarons at the same time.
        
Finally, everyone obtained plenty of self-made products. We are very grateful to everyone for participating in our public class. The income of the course will be used for the operation of our charity program. Our next public class will be the bread class on June 9th. If you are interested, welcome to contact us to register!
