SYB’s Highly Anticipated Public Class Schedule
The warm summer is gone and the cool days of autumn have arrived. To the joy of baking enthusiasts in Shanghai, SYB has confirmed and issued its public class schedule.
At the request of participants from prior classes, SYB for the first time ever, will be teaching classes on croissants, Danish, and puff pastries.
As always, we will teach classics such as traditional French baguettes and famous German-style pretzels.
You will be able to learn how to make Brioche – a rich bread adored by the old French aristocracy. To round things out, you can also learn to bake healthy country bread with fragrant rye flour.
Our pastry classes will include dazzling colorful macarons and zesty fresh lemon tarts.
For the first-time ever our classes will include a rich and varied selection of mini pastries.

If you would like to improve your baking skills, or just increase your knowledge of baking, put a little time aside in your calendar to register for one of SYB’s public classes. No need to worry if you have little or no baking experience, our teachers and their assistants will demonstrate each recipe step-by-step and patiently answer any questions you have.
