Reaching new height in professional French bakery at SYB

SYB’s first ever 4-day intensive professional training in French Bakery has ended successfully on 24^th April.

SYB’s very own bakery trainers, Wang Li and ZZH, were happy to pass on their professional knowledge to a group of 12 participants who were hungry for French bakery knowledge.

Our participants are from different professions with a common interest in seeking new skills and knowledge in French bakery.

海上青焙坊的首期专业法式烘培训练课在4月24日圆满的结束。

海上青焙坊的面包培训师很高兴有机会能够把自己的专业烘培知识传授给12位对烘焙充满热情与好奇的参与者。

虽然这些参与者来自不同的专业背景，来自中国的各个地区，但他们有着一个共通点－ 渴望学习尽可能多的法式烘焙理论和实践知识。

Under the guidance from SYB bakery experts, participants have learnt to bake comprehensive range of breads and gained theoretical knowledge that are important for bakers. Classes were taught professionally using professional baking equipments under professional environment.

The atmosphere of the training was pleasant, friendly and engaging. It was heart-warming to see participants helping each other and sharing their knowledge. Kudos to all our participants for this successful training! We are proud of them.

Together with our training teachers and SYB team, we wish them all the best in their future endeavors in bakery. Also, we would like to thank our participants for supporting SYB program.

All proceeds will be devoted to our charity program to help cover program’s operational fee.

在培训师的耐心指导下，参与者们成功地制作出了12种不同种类的面包。此外，他们也学到了很重要的烘培理论知识。整个训练课程里，参与者们使用的都是专业的烘培器具，并且在专业的烘培环境下由专业的培训师亲身指导烘焙。培训全过程气氛轻松、愉快、积极。我们高兴地看到，参与者们在学习过程中互相帮助，无私地分享自己的烘培知识。

恭喜12位参与者成功地完成了4天高强度的专业法式烘培培训。我们都为他们感到骄傲。海上青焙坊的所有工作人员衷心祝愿12位参与者未来在烘培领域实现自己的目标，理想成真。与此同时，我们也非常感谢他们对海上青焙坊的支持。

此次课程的所有收益都将用于支持我们的慈善项目中，帮助更多来自贫困家庭的青少年。
