This March we were very proud to receive recognition for the standards of our bakery school.

It first came from the experts of French cuisine. This year Good France – Goût de France” was launched: a world-wide campaign promoting French gastronomy, now world-famous heritage, in five different continents. As part of the campaign, SYB had the honor to be chosen to cater the bread for the dinner at the French Consul’s Residence in Shanghai on March 19th, in the presence of 40 Chinese and French VIP guests.

Then, on March 10th, our two bakery trainers, Wang Li and Zhang Zhenghai, took part into the well-known Louis Lesaffre Cup, which selects the candidates for the World Cup and takes place every four years around the world.

During the East & Central China competition, Wang Li showed her amazing work in the Art Piece category and Zhang Zhenghai won 1st prize in the Baguette category, which qualified him to take part into the national competition! Wang Li and Zhang Zhenghai, as well as Xiao Jin Jin, the SYB pastry trainer are all three graduates from the 1st batch of SYB students but also graduates from the prestigious bakery institution EFBPA, our partner school in France. Since then, they have been training 4 batches of SYB students and future professional bakers and continue improving their own skills by regularly working together with French master bakers.

It is thanks to their solid and growing experience in the bakery industry, that today we are able to open our first intensive course in French bakery! Due to being held over 4 days in April, this professional training program is tailored for aspiring bakers, chefs who would like to improve their skills, and people who wish to operate their own bakery shop. 三月,春天来了,学员们也进入了新学期的状态。在过去的这个月里,我们非常骄傲地看到我们烘焙学校的教学水平受到了认可。

首先,我们受到了法式餐饮界专家的认可。今年的“好味法兰西”活动,庆祝法国美食成为世界文化遗产的晚宴,在世界五大洲举行。作为此次全球盛典参与者之一的海上青焙坊,十分荣幸被选中在3月19日上海法国总领事官邸晚宴中负责为40余位来自中法两国的来宾提供面包。

紧接着,3月10日,海上青焙坊的两位烘焙老师,王莉和张政海参加了四年一届的著名世界烘焙师大赛“路易乐斯福杯”选拔赛。选拔赛中脱颖而出的选手将获得参加世界级比赛的资格。


在华东和华中地区选拔赛中,王莉在艺术面包类别中展现了她出色的水平,而张政海赢得了法棍组优胜,也获得了参加全国总决赛的资格。王莉,张政海和肖金金,SYB的西点培训师,是三位海上青焙坊项目的第一届学员,同时也是与我们合作的法国著名烘焙机构奥利亚克烘焙学校的毕业生。从法国毕业后,他们在SYB已经成功培养了四批学员。与此同时,他们也定期与法国著名烘焙大师合作,继续提升自己的专业水平。

多亏他们三位在烘焙领域丰厚且日益增长的经验,海上青焙坊才能在近日推出我们的首期法式烘焙专业培训课程!本次设在4月的培训课程长达四天,是为想要进一步提升技艺的面包师与厨师,想要开一家自己的面包店的公众量身定做的。如果你想向专家学习烘焙的同时为公益做贡献的话,请联系我们报名参加吧!
