Visit to Marriott Changfeng: first hotel visit for the Young Bakers!

On Monday, October 13th, the Young Bakers had the chance to visit an international hotel for the first time: Marriott Changfeng Park hotel welcomed our students for a first glimpse at their new work environment. After discovering about Marriott history and different brands, the students had the chance to receive useful advice from the Executive Chef along with some general knowledge about being a baker.

In line with Marriott’s philosophy: we take care of our people, they will take care of our customers”, the team had kindly prepared some delicious pastries for the students including a very big cake baked for the occasion! The visit ended with a kitchen tour and the students were very impressed!

上海新发展亚太万豪酒店之行：SYB学生的首次酒店实地考察

10月13日，周一，海上青焙坊的学生们终于有机会来到国际酒店进行考察，这对于他们每个人而言都是第一次。对此，上海新发展亚太万豪酒店对于学生们首次考察他们新的工作环境给予了热情的欢迎。在探索了万豪集团的历史以及旗下不同的酒店品牌厚，学生们有机会听到一些来自酒店行政主厨的中肯建议，并且能够大体了解到如何成为一名烘焙师。

秉承了万豪集团的理念：照顾好员工，他们会照顾好顾客，酒店团队为学生们准备了精心准备了许多美味的西点以及一个特别制作的大蛋糕！最后，学生们参观了酒店厨房，这给他们留下了深刻的印象，而当日的行程也告一段落。
