SYB Baking Center Inaguration SYB烘焙中心开幕仪式

Shanghai Young Bakers is proud to invite you to the inauguration of its brand new baking centre on Monday 21st March from 10:30am to 12:30am.

Thanks to the help of SweetPearl, SYB makes a new step toward a sustainable structure and fulfills its ambition to provide the best working environment to its students.

The inauguration ceremony will be opened by the European Union Agriculture Commissioner Mr Dacian Cioloş alongside French Consul General Mr Emmanuel Lenain.

A roundtable seminar on the latest trends and challenges of traditional bakery in China, led by experts from Lesaffre, Carrefour and Roquette, will gather all the bakery industry professionals in Shanghai, for a grand networking event. SYB students’ bread-tasting will follow.

享怡甜慷慨赞助的这个全新的烘焙中心标志着SYB项目在可持续发展上又向前迈进了一大步,也确保了项目在今后能够为学员们技工更好的讲学环境。

欧盟负责农业事务的专项委员Dacian Cioloş先生法国驻沪总领事卢力捷(Emmanuel Lenain)先生将出席烘焙中心的开幕仪式。

届时也将举行一个主题为中国市场上传统烘焙的新趋势和挑战的圆桌研讨会。来自家乐福、乐斯福和罗盖特三家企业的烘焙专家将主持该研讨会,同时众多上海烘焙行业的资深人士也将参加。随后来宾将会品尝到由SYB学生亲手制作的法式面包。
