Shanghai Young Bakers organize classes of baking authentic French bread and pastry in our professional kitchen using highest quality ingredients. Paired by two or grouped in competing teams, all participants take delight in this hands-on, interactive, fun (and appetite) provoking baking experience, and go home full-handed with self-baked fresh bread and pastry!
海上青焙坊提供正宗法式面包或甜点的烘焙课程，使用最优质的原材料，在专业的烘焙厨房举办。参与者或两人一组，或组成竞赛小队，亲身参与烘焙的每一步骤，感受互动式的美味快乐体验，然后带着自己亲手烘焙的面包或是甜点，满载而归。
The satisfaction actually goes deeper than that, because behind the fees you pay stand 32 young bakers anxiously learning on the journey of one-year free-of-charge training in the French bakery. All proceeds from the baking classes go to our charity program which aims to equip these underprivileged young people with a life-long skill, lift them out of poverty to become independent and confident citizens.
然而，内心的满足还远远不止这些，因为在您支付的课程费用背后站着今年入学的32个年轻人，正在认真学习为期一年的免费法式烘焙。所有烘焙课程的收益全部用于我们的公益项目，帮助这些来自贫困家庭的年轻人学习一项可以受益终生的技能，从而摆脱贫困，成长为自食其力、自信肯干的公民。
