海上青焙坊烘焙师们接受爱乐薇Corman培训

On June 23rd, our in-kind sponsor Sinodis opened the doors of its Chefs studio again to the SYB students for a special training on Elle&Vire and Corman products: cream and butter. After an introduction of both brands including the origin of both brands and products, came time for the practice!

6月23日,我们的友情赞助商西诺迪斯再次向海上青焙坊学生敞开chef studio厨师工作室的大门,在这次的培训中,学生们将会学习到爱乐薇与Corman的产品:奶油和黄油。在对两个品牌与产品的诞生进行简单的介绍后,学生们动手实践时间到了!

Technical Advisor for both brands, Chef Allen Pan guided the students step by step for the practical part, giving advice on how to best use the products in the baking process. It was a great opportunity for the students to learn new and original recipes, and also gain more knowledge about the ingredients that they have actually been using for almost a year.

两个品牌的技术顾问,主厨Allen一步步指导学生,并对于烘焙过程中产品的使用给出建议,这对于学生是一个很好的机会学习新的原创配方,并对他们已经使用了近一年的原料有更深的了解。

At the end of the afternoon the students divided into 4 groups had baked as delicious as attractive blood orange panna cotta cheese cakes, as well as Danish and croissants! Chef Allen also shared advice on decoration, the last but not least important step, as a beautifully decorated cake would have more chances to catch the eye of potential customers!

下午将尽,学生们分成四小组,制作了好吃又赏心悦目的血橙布丁芝士蛋糕,还有丹麦面包与羊角面包!主厨Allen还与学生们分享了在装饰上的一些建议,这是重要的最后一步,因为一个装饰完美的蛋糕会更吸引到顾客的目光。
