On April 23rd, don’t miss the unique opportunity to learn the most typical French recipes: Baguettes (both traditional & bacon flavors) and Baguette Viennoise (original & chocolate flavors), under the guidance of our expert bakery trainer Zhang Zhenghai. First prize in the baguette and special bread category in Louis Lessafre Bakery Competition in 2015 in Asia, the Baguette has no secret for him! He just competed in the World Bakery Cup within the Chinese team and won the 4th prize in February 2016.

在4月23日,你有机会学习最地道的法国传统烘焙配方:传统法棍面包(经典原味和培根法棍),法式维也纳甜面包(原味和巧克力两种风味),在专业烘焙老师张政海的指导下感受正宗法式烘焙。他在2015年路易乐斯福杯烘焙比赛中获得亚洲法棍和特殊面包的冠军,他对传统法棍可以说了如指掌!张老师在今年2月和中国队一起参加烘焙世界杯,获得第四名的好成绩。

Baguettes are one of the most well known symbols of French culture as the Eiffel Tower to Paris, they feature a chewy interior riddled with holes, and a crispy golden crust. In this class, you will learn to bake the traditional baguette and also another flavor with bacon.

法棍是法国文化的一个代表符号,一如埃菲尔铁塔让人想到巴黎,法棍外皮松脆, 有韧性的内心带有孔洞。在本次公开课中,你将学习烘焙传统的原味法棍和培根法棍。

Baguette Viennoise is soft sweet bread very popular in France. Created by an Austrian ambassador to Paris in 1840, Baguette Viennoise is famous for its light yellow crispy crust, soft and sweet interior. Compared with baguette, Baguette Viennoise feautures more milk and eggs with little butter. In this class, you will bake different tastes of Baguette Viennoise (original and chocolate flavors).

法式维也纳甜面包是一种更柔软,微甜的传统面包,在法国十分风靡。来源于1840年一个奥地利驻巴黎大使,维也纳甜面包作为风味面包,因其亮丽的嫩黄外观,细密松软的内部的口味而闻名。与法棍相比,它多了少量黄油,大量牛奶和蛋液来增加风味。在这次课程中,你将会掌握原味和巧克力口味的法式维也纳甜面包制作方法。

In this class, you will learn essential knowledge to making high quality French style breads with imported ingredients (French flour, French yeast).

在这一堂公开课中,你会在我们专业的烘焙老师张政海的指导下掌握制作高品质法式面包的核心知识,用进口的原料(法国进口的面粉和酵母)烘焙。

It is also the opportunity for you to meet new friends in the SYB community that shares the passion for bakery.

这同时也是个认识SYB社区新朋友的好机会,在课上你和其他的烘焙爱好者一起分享烘焙热情。

Most importantly, participating in the class will also directly support SYB’s charity program. All proceeds from this class and SYB’s other social enterprise activities help fund one year of training in professional French bakery skills for disadvantaged Chinese youth. With these vocational skills, SYB students are able to find stable jobs and lead independent lives after graduation.

Be an instrumental part of SYB’s social change while enjoying a fun day of baking!

更重要的是,参与此次课程的所有学员都将为海上青焙坊的公益项目出一份力。对外课程和SYB其他社会企业活动的收入都将用于资助海上青焙坊的慈善项目,都用于帮助SYB的慈善项目,为中国贫困青少年提供一年免费法式烘焙培训。这些青年在具备了烘焙这项技能后便有条件自立更生,养家糊口。
