As a charity program that organises French bakery and pastry training for disadvantaged Chinese youth, we are often encouraged by supporters and partners to have videos that can show our facilities, our students, our success stories, and of course, that can share tips on how to bake delicious breads and cakes.
作为一个向贫困青年提供法式烘焙培训的公益组织，我们的支持者与合作伙伴经常希望我们可以用视频的形式展示我们的设备，我们的学生，我们的成功故事，还有当然，分享一些烘焙出好面包与蛋糕的小技巧。
Producing videos, however, is a complicated and technical process, that requires time, resources, and expert skills. And organising campaigns to disseminate these videos is yet another complex challenge, which exceeds the crafts of a simple social bakery school!
然而视频的拍摄与制作，这是一个充满技术性与挑战的工作，不仅需要大量时间与资源，更需要专业的技巧。而视频的宣传与后期传播更是一个复杂的挑战，我们身为一个简单的社会烘焙学校，这些更是超过了我们的能力范围。
Therefore we were thrilled when Carat, a leading media agency, generously offered to script, shoot, edit, produce, and broadcast promotional videos for SYB, as part of their “Media for Good” campaign.
正因为如此，当行业领头的媒体代理公司凯络响应Media for Good项目，慷慨的提出帮助海上青焙坊筹划并推出六条视频故事，从脚本，拍摄，编辑，制作，到在社交平台获得有效传播。
And the result is awesome! We invite you to watch the six short and engaging films, tracing the stories of six of our students or graduates, explaining how Shanghai Young Bakers had an impact on their personal and professional lives. They also share with you their favourite recipes, and invite you to further support our charity program by learning how to bake too! By signing up to one of our public baking classes, you can both have fun, learn professional baking recipes, visit our training centre, and help us empower more disadvantaged youth through French bakery!

The stories of six young bakers have been featured across China’s leading OTV platforms, including Youku, MangoTV, PPTV, FunTV, Baofeng and iQyi with a great response from viewers who’ve loved hearing more about the scheme and the baking tips!
六个青焙坊年轻烘焙师的故事现在已在中国各大视频平台传播，包括优酷，芒果TV， PPTV， FunTV, 暴风影音，爱奇艺，并受到了热爱烘焙故事及想了解更多烘焙小技巧的观众的好评。
