烘焙世界杯 │ 祝贺海上青焙坊老师张政海代表中国队参赛本届烘培世界杯!
From Saturday 6th to Tuesday 9th February 2016, 12 teams from the four corners of the world gathered in Paris and competed in an effort to win the world’s premier baking competition “Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie” (Bakery World Cup).
In this leading event for the world’s greatest bakers, China team put on an acrobatic show. Although it missed the bronze medal by a hair, but in total score, China surpassed Japan and US, respectively the first and second winner in the last competition in 2012. By showing their exceptional baking mastery and surprising creations, China achieved the fourth place for the first time in the history of the contest.
Here we would like to thank China team for the outstanding performance they presented, for letting all baking enthusiasts know the achievement and progress that Chinese bakery made. It is with respect and pride that Shanghai Young bakers applauds for impeccable results of China.
巴黎当地时间2月9日下午,2016年烘焙世界杯正式落下帷幕。在这场代表世界烘焙最高水准的烘焙大赛中,12支来自各大洲最优秀的队伍进行了三天的精彩角逐。
在这场代表着最高水准的烘焙技术与行业趋势的烘焙业顶级赛事中,中国队最终以微弱的差距与第三名失之交臂,但在总得分上,也已经超过了上届冠军日本队和季军美国队。中国队以令人惊叹的发挥让世界看到了中国突飞猛进的烘焙水平。这是中国队在这项烘焙业最高等级的赛事中取得的最好成绩,也是中国烘焙发展史上一座值得铭记的里程碑。
在这里,我们要特别感谢中国队在比赛中精彩表现,感谢他们让世界看到了祖国烘焙水平的进步。我们为中国队感到骄傲和自豪。

12 international teams of master bakers have just 8 hours to mix, knead, shape and bake more than 300 absolutely perfect oven-fresh specimens. Each team is composed of three contestants for a series of tests in three categories — baguette and world breads, Viennese pastries and savory baking, and artistic pieces. The ardent atmosphere is heighten by an enthusiastic audience of supporters and professionals.
在八小时的比赛时间内,选手需要完成各种指定和随机抽题类型的面包、糕点制作,还要完成摆台、清洁等多个环节。三位选手必须团结一致,相互配合,同心协力展现团队合作精神和他们的无限创意。现场气氛非常热烈,记者云集。每个队伍在争分夺秒进行比赛时,他们的拉拉队也在旁边加油、等待。
French President Hollande himself was there to witness the contest and sent his regards, accompanied by Mr. Christian Vabret, M.O.F., head of the Ecole Française de Boulangerie d’Aurillac, and founder of Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie.
第一天比赛时,法国总统奥朗德的亲临现场,无疑是对这场世界级烘焙大赛的见证。奥朗德总统参观了赛场,并对所有在场队伍问好。烘焙世界杯的创办者,法国国家面包大师(MOF)克里斯提恩•瓦勃烈(Mr. Christian Vabret)陪同讲解。

作为亚太地区代表之一荣耀出征的中国队,由来自巴黎大磨坊的高级烘焙大师 Dominique Genty先生带领,三位中国烘焙精英在比赛中大显身手。
Zhang Zhenghai rounded out the team in the baguette and bread of the world category.

Xu Zhiliang presented Viennese pastries and savory baking to the members of jury.

Zhou Bin specialized in artistic bread, the theme this year is “sport representative of your country.” Zhou Bin is demonstrating “Chinese martial arts” to the jury.
周斌制作艺术面包,并向评委阐释作品意义。比赛中艺术面包的命名主题是“运动”,中国队的艺术面包介绍了中国传统的独特的一项体育运动——中国武术。
South Korea achieves the first place. Taiwan won the silver medal. France, World Bakery Champion in 2008, came in third place. Congratulations to the teams on the podium.

The Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie, also known as the bread-baking Olympics, is a highly challenging competition aimed at developing the quality of bread throughout the world and promoting the baking profession. This most prestigious bakery contest in the world is not only a contest, but also a peaceable meeting of the baking minds of the world.
