From 7:00pm, volunteers began to welcome guests at the entrance.
7点钟，志愿者们开始在门口处迎接来宾。
The evening started with a networking session, during which professionals from F&B industry had pleasant conversations around the buffet and the bar, served with authentic French finger foods made by SYB together with fresh wine kindly offered by French Cellar.
晚会开始之前，来自餐饮行业来宾们品尝着由SYB制作的正宗法式面包，畅饮由“两瓶”赞助的美味红酒，进行了愉快的交流。

At round 8:00pm, Cécile Cavoizy, SYB executive director, opened the ceremony
八点左右，SYB项目总监高凤熙女士致辞开启晚会
Hélène Hovasse, Head of agro-business Dpt, Business France, French Embassy, gave us the honor of her presence with a speech to express her congratulations to the 8th batch students’ hard work and her thanks to all SYB supporters.
法国驻华大使馆商务投资处农业食品参赞杨海伦女士致辞祝贺学生们的成果，海上青焙坊8年来的辛勤工作和所有合作伙伴的支持
We also had the pleasure to have Mr. Yan Zhijun, vice director of the Shanghai Charity Education&Traning Center, supporter of this program from the very beginning, as a part of the ceremony. His speech full of passion reminded every guest of the sense of service and contributions that SYB has made to 183 Chinese youngsters and their family.
我们有幸邀请到上海市慈善教育培训中心副主任严治俊先生致辞。他激情澎湃的演讲表达对SYB奉献精神的赞扬以及对SYB改变183名中国青年命运的感谢。

Ms. Helene Hovasse and Mr. Yan Zhijun, two old friends of SYB handed the diplomas to the students one by one. During this one year’s intense training, each student passed three different certificates: Chinese pastry level 4 & 5 (basic and intermediate) certified by the Chinese Educational Bureau, and the SYB certificate which is equivalent to the French CAP diploma.
学生从杨海伦女士和严治俊先生手中庄严接过证书。在一年培训期间，学员们相继拿到了西式面点四级和五级，以及与法国专业技能资格证书同等效用的海上青焙坊资格证。
Special honours given to students who later shared their experience with guests
颁发特别奖项给学生，学生与在场来宾分享经历。
Students’ success is also the success of teachers. Jin Huizi and Zhang Shuai, two former SYB graduates who are now SYB’s full-time trainers, imparted what they learned at EFBPA in France to the 8th batch. The speech given by Jin Huizi, during which she looked back the whole year passed with her students and the way they went through together, won warm applause from every guest.
学生的成功也是老师的成功。金慧子、张帅，两名海上青焙坊的优秀毕业生已经成为我们的全职老师。他们将自己在法国EFBPA烘焙学校的所学之精华传授给第八届学生。金慧子回首过去的一年以及和学生们一起走过的路，在场嘉宾无不动容。

The Graduation Ceremony then reached its climax when the students sang together in English “I Believe I Can fly”. Thanks to regular English classes offered by “Stepping Stones” and days of practice, the former disadvantaged youths who had to drop out of school were finally able to speak out loud their dreams with English songs.
晚会在学生们合唱英文歌曲《我相信我能飞》中达到高潮。由于我们的合作NGO“铺路石”定期为学生提供的英语课，再加上他们的反复练习，昔日的辍学的贫困青年今天终于能够用英文歌曲大声唱出他们的梦想。
Every attendee got into the swing of the ceremony, singing together with students and recording this touching moment with their phones.
每一位观众都被晚会的气氛所感染，和学生们合唱英歌曲并用手机记录下感动的瞬间。
To thank the generous support of our financial sponsors, without whom our program cannot exist, students came down from the stage, running to the representatives of our sponsor companies Lesaffre, Accor Foundation and Sinodis, to hand them the certificate.

Apart from the touching moments, there was a lot of fun as well. Wish tree, photo booth offered by our long-term in-kind sponsor Chaos Studio, annual lucky draw, etc. created plenty beautiful surprises for all the attendees.
