Mr. Patrick Bourgade, bakery trainer at the French bakery school of Aurillac EFBPA and a regular supervisor of the French CAP exam, led SYB’s final bakery exams. The French baking exams started on 1st July and last til the 4th July, with the students separated into 3 groups for each exam day.
The students were impressed by Mr. Patrick Bourgade, and appreciated his kindness and expertise. Every time the students finished their work, Mr. Bourgade would give professional opinions ranging from their production process to the breads’ exhibition. He also let the students relax by making jokes. During the exam, Mr. Bourgade regularly discussed the results and his recommendations with our trainers.
Although the whole examination was quite stressful for the students, they appreciated how comprehensive it was.
More importantly, at the end of the 3-day exam, Mr. Bourgade announced that, according to the French standards of the CAP practice exam, all the students had each successfully passed, with final grades ranging from 11.2 to 16 (out of 20). Although the CAP is not yet officially recognised in China, the students can feel proud to have the acknowledgement of one of the best bakery schools in France to validate their SYB training.
Before going back to France with fresh news about the SYB program, Mr Bourgade signed each of the students’ SYB diploma as the bakery trainer of the French bakery school of Aurillac (EFBA).”
Patrick Bourgade先生是法国奥利亚克烘焙学校的老师,也是法国CAP考试的常规考官,这次,我们荣幸的邀请到他成为海上青焙坊烘焙期末考试的主考官。法师烘焙期末考试从七月一日开始,到四日结束,每个考试日,学生们都会分成三组参加考试。
学生们都被Patrick Bourgade先生的专业精神和亲切所打动,每次学生完成作品时,他都会从产品制作流程到面包陈列给出自己专业的意见,他还会讲一些笑话来让学生放松。在考试期间,Bourgade老师一直与我们的老师讨论评分结果和建议。
虽然整个考试很紧张,但是大家都觉得很充实。
更重要的是,在三天的考试之后,Bourgade老师宣布根据法国CAP考试的标准,我们所有的学生都以11.2到16分(总分20)的成绩通过了考试。虽然CAP证书还没有被中国官方承认,但是在海上青焙坊学习到的烘焙技能被法国顶尖的烘焙学校认可,学生们还是倍感骄傲。
在带着海上青焙坊最新信息回到法国之前,Bourgade先生为每一个学生签署了法国奥利亚克烘焙学校(EFBPA)的证书。
