近期SYB受邀参加乐斯福“ECHO”慈善日，分享了我们法式烘焙培训项目故事。这次活动让我们有机会和乐斯福的小伙伴们分享两家机构多年来的暖心合作。

从2008年开始，乐斯福就一直大力支持SYB，不仅提供资金和技术帮助，还招聘了不少我们的毕业生。活动当天，我们还和很多乐斯福的新朋友畅聊未来的合作。

值得一提的是，乐斯福不仅支持SYB，他们还帮助其他公益项目，比如专门培训中国年轻人的“燕子计划”（L’Hirondelle）短期烘焙课程。

SYB was honored to be invited to Lesaffre’s Charity Day “ECHO,” where we presented our French Bakery and Pastry Training Program. This event provided an excellent opportunity to highlight the long-standing partnership between SYB and Lesaffre while giving back to the community. 

Since 2008, Lesaffre has been one of our key sponsors, supporting SYB through generous donations, technical expertise, and the employment of our graduates. The event also allowed us to connect with more Lesaffre employees and explore future collaboration opportunities. 

Beyond its support for SYB, Lesaffre actively contributes to other initiatives, such as *L’Hirondelle*, a program dedicated to short-term bakery training for young Chinese professionals.
